Louise Turner was very helpful and told me a lot about the next step of my treatment when I come out of hospital and what to expect with my stoma and gave me some good information.

She was excellent caring and knowledgeable. Hopefully she will sort out the support wear comments I made here and to her. The support wear is even more necessary as I have a hernia.

Very helpful advice in a caring sympathetic manner. Louise checked both my husband and my stoma, she provided useful advice, and suggested some changes, which I think will be of benefit.

I have spoken on several occasions on the telephone to Louise at my request. She has always responded promptly and cheerfully and given me understanding and helpful advice. Louise has made a home visit for me recently and as a result of her helpful advice and positive attitude towards my difficulties I now feel much more confident about myself, the products I’m using and managing my stoma. After four years of struggling to manage my stoma Louise has made a real difference to my confidence by her kindness, patience, understanding and experience.
